Description

The Ranger Mine Osmoflo Brine Squeezer OBS Treatment Plant is used as a treatment solution to concentrate brine from the existing desalination plants at the site as part of its mine closure and rehabilitation programme. The OBS plant at the mine was help maximise the conversion of contaminated wastewater to water suitable for environmental release.

Description

Motor Control Centre for a Construction Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at the Snowy Hydro 2.0 project. Snowy 2.0 is a pumped hydro-electric project that will link the existing Tantangara and Talbingo reservoirs through a series of new underground tunnels and a hydro-electric power station.

Metroid’s custom built switchboard will provide the “brain power” to the project. With our PLC programming, the HMI will highlight the overview of the WTP and general settings such as Balance Tank Level Setpoints, UF Established Setpoints, UF Duration Timers, Filter pump speed, RO level setpoints, RO duration timers, RO pump speed, TW Level Setpoints and more.
Our programming also highlights trend variables, PID settings, alarms and more.
